Once you have signed up to haul for CPL we will assign you a member of our Carrier Loyalty Team. While the entire Carrier Loyalty Team is designed to help keep your wheels moving at competitive rates, we feel it is best to have one single point of contact to build a deeper relationship. Every one of our Carrier Loyalty Team members has complete visibility to every load in our system, and our technology allows each team member to find you the most optimal load to help you reposition your trucks more efficiently.
Our goal is to help find you the best possible solution to keep your trucks moving, and assist you along the way when potential issues arise. If you need a fuel advance or have a payment question your Carrier Loyalty Team Rep will be the first resource you should turn to. We will go above and beyond your expectations in order to build long lasting business relationships.
PAYMENT
OPTIONS
CPL offers 40% advances on all freight shipments. In addition to fuel advances we also offer Quickpay/ACH payment options at competitive rates. For those carriers that are not in need of some quick cash, then our standard pay terms are 28 days. We will work to get you paid as quickly as possible, but no later than 28 days.
