Detention requests will be reviewed and considered on a case by case scenario. Please note that if you called the facilities to arrange your own appointments without contacting your CPL Dispatch you will be forfeiting your claim to detention charges.

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
MUST BE MET TO RECEIVE DETENTION

The driver is checked in prior to appointment time

For reefer loads, driver pre-cools prior to appointment time.

The trailer is clean, odorless, serviceable prior to appointment.

BOLs are marked with "in and out" times and signed by the shipper/receiver

BOLs are uploaded via the CPL Site or emailed to detention@cprolx.com within 24 hours

If required by the customer, a detention form is filled out at the facility

Driver notifies a CPL team member by calling 800-275-6574 or via email at detention@cprolx.com at the 90-minute mark that detention will start in 30 minutes
